Update: The glitch with my photos has been fixed (even before downloading the latest update). While I still cannot get my recordings to play, I am very happy to be able to use the app again every morning as part of my routine. The developers reached out to me directly and have been wonderful. Excellent customer service for a remarkable app!
Let me start by saying that I love(d) this app. It has become a part of my daily routine. Then, a few days ago, I noticed that some of my photos were missing. Photo icons replaced a few of my photos. So, I updated my boards. No biggie. Then, yesterday, 14/23 photos are GONE. (And yes, I turned off my phone and restarted the app but was afraid I may lose everything if I deleted and re-downloaded the app altogether.) I wrote to the developers and hope that they will respond soon. I have never been able to get my audio recordings to play, but I like reading to myself or aloud while looking at the slideshow anyway. I just want my photos back. The layout is fantastic. I love the idea behind it. I just don’t want to have to recreate my boards every day. Looking forward to getting this back up and running so I can bump it up to 5 stars.
