Garbage - it’s that simple
Bought the vacuum. It almost never works. The app is pointless. It does not connect to the vacuum (yes, we met all the criteria). We emailed tech support who never got back. So let me empathize, not one application of the vacuum works properly - not the mop which the app perpetually shows as full even when it’s not - not the mapping (it gets confused and lumps multiple rooms as one - not the vacuum since even when you just use the remote control it believes it’s done everything went in fact it’s only done a small amount and WiFi which doesn’t connect. You will have about 7 minutes of battery life. We also have a Rhoomba - go buy that instead

Doesn’t work well, you need to reset often
When it works is great, but the app often stop working and I have to re-do the map almost every week. It is a pain.

Needs A Ton Of Work
When this app and machine work it is great. Now the other 60% of the time, not worth the money, effort or frustration. You will find you need to delete and download app often. Then go through the mapping process over and over. The machine doesn’t stay connected to app so you need to wake it up often. Just frustration after frustration. Buy the Roomba and save yourself the gray hair.

Continuos fallos en la máquina y app
El robot y la app son un desastre, se te desconecta, muchas veces no carga, la app funciona fatal, un desastre, me siento engañada

La reseña es por la app, no por el robot, el robot va muy bien pero la app se queda enganchada todo el día, espero que lo solucionen rápido, si no es muy poco util
