Would be pretty cool if it worked
Bought this lightstick for my daughter for Christmas and it will not connect. She is pretty heart broken. Is this just a Canadian issue? I don’t see any support.Stephaj20
Help!!
I got my army bomb a while ago and have been trying to connect to self mode but everytime it gives the loading symbol but doesn’t connect so I click retry again. It keeps happening but it won’t connect. My army bomb is always near or next to my phone and it’s on the Bluetooth setting but it just won’t connect. Please help!

I got my lightstick very recently and the app works perfectly with it, very easy to use and no fuss. The lightstick also looks even more beautiful with different colour lighting! 💓shixuns
samsung compatibility?
I recently just got a new iPhone and now the app connects to my army bomb just fine. But when I attended the concert in LA, I still had a Samsung and so my army bomb wouldn't connect like everybody else's and it took away from my experience just a little bit because I was distracted by the fact that my army bomb was blue while everyone else's was red lol. so yeah, I just wish it was compatible with Samsung as well :)Show lessXjjmfewfrjnfjr
I absolutely love this but...
I have tried everything in my power to connect this thing to my smartphone and it absolutely will not have it! Why doesn't it work?!Gracyegg

Works with Bluetooth very well! Used it for the concert and it was connected to the rest of the ARMYs bombs during the performances and I really enjoyed it. IT DOES SAY HOWEVER!!!!!!that it has medium/ low battery right when NEW batteries are inserted BUT I only used the same 3 batteries all day for the concert and it never ran out of juice and lasted for the night! I do recommend that you remove the batteries if you aren’t using them since it might rust the inside. Hoped this help :)))Show lessStephany898

Connecting your light stick to this app allows for all of the light sticks at the concert to sync up.
It is beautiful. The flash differently depending on the song that’s playing and there are different colours dedicated to each song. You can also start your own ARMY wave. We started it in the VIP pit and the wave kept coming round and round in perfect sync.Show lessRoniKookie
Works Great! But batteries?
I love this lightstick the Bluetooth works grade live all the colors I’m excited to use it at my concert but I have a problem/concern. I just put brand new batteries into the lightstick and when I went to check the battery status it said it was on medium and might have to change the batteries.
