This Version is not stable and not finished!
I have been a customer of Inventorum for 2 years and have found the previous build for this system quite useful. I was excited to see that a parking orders function had been added to the program and decided to upgrade to the new 2019 version. Unfortunately this version is not even close to being live ready. There is a persistent bug that causes replication of accounts in the log-in screen. This now means that there are over 100 accounts displayed for myself such that my employees cannot reach their own account profiles without scrolling through pages and pages of log-in accounts. The parking feature works well, but the system constantly crashes - at least 3-4 times daily, when trying to alter a parked bill. And worst of all, the ability to control product inventory has not been completed for this build! This means that the only option is to use the back office. Where as before my employees could receive new goods and add them to the system for sale, now they must request that I update stock before it can be sold. We are a cafe and this is rather ridiculous simply for some new cake or drinks being received. I have called Inventorum 3 times now and I was told an update was coming in 2 weeks but have been told today that there is no timeline on an update. Last sunday Inventorum crashed completely, both new and old builds, and I was without a register system in my business for half my day. The response from Inventorum has not been to offer any rebate or solutions, simply to suggest to wait for them to call ‘sometime’ and to use the old build. I feel this current build has no place being offered as a live app yet. It needs work. I am excited about the finished produce, but this is not it! Beware!
