I hadn’t used this on my new device and was a bit anxious after reading all the very negative reviews. However, I downloaded it, logged on (no problem) and all my purchased courses showed up. I downloaded what I wanted and was using it within minutes. Maybe there was an update after all the bad reviews. I’d recommend the disappointed ones out give it another go.rhyming music

What is the point of this App? Purchased video series on MacProVideo. Was sent to this app via a link in their website if I wanted to download course for offline viewing. This App just stalls out and never completes the download. Doesn’t do the one thing it is supposed to do. Yuck.Otisbeans

This app is legit unusable. Can’t play any of the tutorials, not showing a fraction of those available on the web. I legitimately thought this was a bootleg app. I will be unsubscribing from their service immediately. Unfortunate!AdamFB

I began by purchasing videos of macprovideo, and then they switched their name to askvideo, and I could no longer use my purchased videos on my iPad. Then I received a bunch more tutorials with some software I had purchased. No sooner had I logged in when they changed their name to non linear education. Now it's completely WORTHLESS. Can't open the app, can't view the videos I've just purchased, can't even login. I wish they put as much effort into creating a working site as they do rebranding themselves. Ask video app a part of nonlinear worked great even on older device and was user friendly. This app is not even close and not worth the effort until updated and fixed. Bring back ask video app it actually worked. Very poor rating for app that desperately needs attention. Do not recommend this poor app.kkkkkmmmmhhh
Ineffective And irrelevant
After being a customer for more than 10, I would expect a better app from this company. None of the courses offered through this app are current or relevant in anyway, TNT 1..... seriously! I know the company may respond, directing me to the web browser. Honestly, the web browser is clunky with safari. The volumes are unpredictable... it just doesn’t work very smooth on an iPad or iPhone. The old browser was much better, and what ever happened to NED? That worked just fine. disappointedDRAGON_tmu
