Excellent company to send your balikbayan boxes to the Philippines compared to LBC, but the app is useless. I tried tracking my boxes and was given a message that they didn’t exist. I got worried and went online to check again, it was already in Philippine customs waiting for clearance. This app is useless if you wanna track your boxes.Psymon3
Terrible app
I placed a request for pickup using this app and they did not contact me until a week later and right after my box was picked up. Terrible! I like forex cargo, just not this app.leidbugz

I used this company since I got here to US and send a couple Boxes a year... Our Box Arrived in Leyte in Visayas Area was Perfect Condition coz I take Pictures the boxes Before Sending Box and After Recieved the Box... Thank you as Always
