Update 5-Jan-2020: Our support team have helped the customer in using the application and he is now able to blur his video properly. The issue is now resolved. The issue is fixed. Please update the app to the latest version 5.0 from the App Store. Also, please contact us on support@runisoft.com for faster resolution of the issue when you face problem again. In most of the cases there is issue with the metadata of the video. You could upload the video to a cloud service and send us the download link.
