Not good
I’ve had problems with the watch connecting due to needing a hardware update, but the watch can’t connect to the app cause the power is too low but won’t charge(I live in Arizona and gave it days in the sun to charge).
I had to send it out, and the explanation I received was “it wasn’t charged”. Well I guess the sunlight in Arizona was broken the first week I had it.
Sometimes when I click through the app (charge, steps, etc) it opens blank modals/windows that don’t have a loader or anything they just sit there. Weirdly enough last week that wasn’t happening. This problem has crept up multiple times now.
When first connecting, after showing downloading data, it will bring back nothing and after toggling multiple times it will update with data.
There’s not much there and what is there, doesn’t work well.
I like traditional citizen watches a lot and I’ll continue to purchase them, but this is not it.
