  • Only see empty search page

All i see is an empty search page, asking for a code or a search term. Is there some trick to signing in? Also checked app settings.
  • Does its job...sort of

The main functions of the App are very useful and beneficial. It’s the small stuff that’s frustrating.

    1. Chat section - doesn’t notify you when you have a new message from an attendee.
    2. Notes section when you’re in a section sometimes erases all your notes if you leave the app while window still open.
    3. Notifications sometimes come in way after it the next day.

Again though, great points are around the ease of session planning and maps. Navigation is simple and user friendly.

    Survey feature is useful.

One recommendation would be when visiting sponsors / partners and getting your badge scanned that you have a dedicated section to go to in the App that then gives you more info about the company and what they provide. This reduces the paper junk that’s handed out and is a place where you can revisit at a later date that gives you all the info you need to take back to your respective company. Similar concept to the “Notes” section, where if you take notes on a session, they all go there.

  • A Location based filter would have been more helpful

As most us wont be able crawl between multiple buildings I would have liked a location based filter.
