This version includes further improvements to the application status change function, bringing pre-screening to the mobile app. The user can now initiate the selection process or reject candidates directly in the application. In addition, the mobile app user can choose to send email communications to unsuccessful candidates (immediately or with a specified time delay).

The new version of the application introduces the possibility to view all candidates separately from the existing list, broken down by status. The functionality of scheduled interviews has also been extended. The application user is informed about the number of scheduled meetings and the total number of candidates awaiting feedback after interviews. The interview summary view has also been changed, presenting in a clear form the upcoming and past interviews.

With the new version : - Users will be able to change the application status of candidates, which will allow to indicate candidates for rejection or offer. - If a candidate has applied for multiple positions, this is also visible along with the list of applications. - In addition, if the candidate is already an employee of the company, this is indicated within his profile.

There are two major improvements in the version: - Access to Feedback Forms is now possible not only from the Task list, but also from any place where the candidate's profile is visible. In particular, this means that the user can fill out the form while reviewing the list of all candidates or while browsing list of incoming interviews. - The submission time of the forms has been improved considerably, allowing the forms to be processed in the background in case of a slow internet connection.
