Keeps Freezing

Update ๐ We found and issue that caused app freezing in phones using iOS16 and above. This issue is resolved in the current version. Thank you again for pointing out this problem. ๐
Need IPad Version

Hello ๐ we just read your edited review iPad support is a fresh addition and this is possibly an issue from our side , we will check and fix this problem with our upcoming update. Meanwhile it would be great if you could contact us via mail and provide some more information like some screenshots or other issues related with the iPad version. Fantastic App!
Only one thing I would ask for which would save quite a lot of time but could there possibly be a setting so that when you search an address and then click on it when found it would automatically get added to the map instead of needing to click on 'Quick Add Stop'? As I have many stops to add to routes it would be great to be able to add them all as quickly as possible. It's only a small thing but would make a ton of difference if that were possible?
Other than that, so far I have not found any negatives at all. Pretty much does what it says on the tin sort of thing. Very happy with purchase and a massive thank you to the developer for creating the App!

Hello ๐ Optimization is still available with all the parameters that were included, nothing has changed in this section, contact to us for more information if you like. ๐ Previous update was indeed a big change at once and surely needs some time to get used to. The current workflow provides direct access to map and all your data avoiding unnecessary interactions with the app. We believe that this is the right way to go , which doesnโt mean of course that there is no room for improvement. We took notes from your feedback and will work to provide a better approach for users that only need the basic functions, you can contact us anytime to provide more ideas or concerns, we always listen and improve based on your suggestions ๐

Lagged
I used it on a large delivery day, and it was so slow. It didnโt automatically reroute if you took a wrong turn - which you will do, because it lags so much and isnโt accurate on location.
It isnโt my phone or service as the other more expensive app worked fine.
Really disappointed and to be honest would like a refund. One failed use and never to be used again.

Hello ๐ While we can understand your frustration if the experience was not what you may was expecting, we have to highlight that our app is build upon Apple Maps and is using apples location service, rerouting possibly didnโt work due to bad location accuracy , of course , you can contact us anytime via mail for further information which will be helpful for us to improve or correct possible issues, nothing is perfect ,but we always try our best to get as near as possible ๐

Hello , yes you can anytime request a refund directly from Apple ๐, crashing may occur due to some network issue, we need more information to understand if it is something we may need to fix , about slowness , we will deploy a new update in a few days with lot of improvements and additions , one of them will be no loading times while opening routes , for anything else feel free to contact us anytime.
