What’s the point
The problem with this app is all the staff have different phones and if it’s not compatible with all devices it can’t be used to run a business. Doesn’t even work on the extremely common IPhone 6s
Nothing ever loads on the app
App opens up but nothing ever loads. Have had it for around half a year, never got to use it as it never loaded anything. But kept it thinking next update would do it but nah, still not working
App is terrible
App Is terrible. When I don’t use the app for 1 day and go back on it I have to delete and re download it so I can access it. It also doesn’t let me reset my password!! Terrible app confused why business use it
Past information
Hi. Great app. Something that would help me is to be able to track the actual time worked on previous shifts not only on the day of the shift. At the moment if I pick a shift a week ago it only shows the rostered hours but I may have worked a couple of extra hours because work was so busy. Good app overall.
