No show for a prepaid shuttle from the Cancun resort to Airport. No response via message chat on reservation , no phone number to call… 3 days later still no response.

My driver never showed up at Cancun airport to pick me up. Had to take a taxi after looking for the driver for an hour. But they made sure to charge my card and then I notice another charge for tourist attractions on my credit card which I did not make. And they have no way of contacting them.

Family vacation

Adrian was very helpful with picking us up from the airport to helping us with a ride into Puerto Morales and getting us all set up to the airport when our vacation was over. Adrian thank you so much for your help we will definitely be calling you again when we travel to Cancun again.

Scam

This car service is a scam. Tried booking a car and can’t get ahold of anyone to change the pickup time because it was wrong after I booked even though I double checked the times before hitting book. Update: it was not a mistake of mine when booking. I double checked twice before hitting book that I was selecting the right time for pickup and it still glitched out and switched the time back after hitting book. This is absolutely a scam. There’s no taxi stand for them at the Cancun airport. For them to respond and tell me I made the mistake when I know for a fact I did not will make me never use this service again. You lost a customer and I’ll be telling everyone to just deal with the cabs at the airport.

No Show

They took my money but never showed up. Waited until airport was empty… no support or phone contact available. No email confirmation just my PayPal charged..

We appreciate your feedback, thanks for sharing your experience and because it is always valuable to us sharing a detailed summary of the events, it is as follows: your transportation request was processed for $14 USD for 1 person for a shared ride from the airport, booking was made on the same day of your arrival which is subject to availability (same day bookings). Your booking couldn’t be confirmed due lack of drivers availability, therefore your order was fully refunded next day on August 2nd. showing that the booking was made on our website and not using this app. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. So easy to book around Cancun

Came from Miami on vacay to Cancun and book a ride online to my Airbnb, very nice driver and clean vehicle. Thank you! I’ll use them again back to the airport :)

The best way to move around!

Great app experience to book your transportation. We had to wait 10 minutes because the airport was packed to our driver get in. Loved the service and great van choices to choose from! Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable, he provided with great tips of the city. Highly recommended!
