Poor quality and customer service
They tend to ruin your car and have no accountability on fixing the damages from their cleaners. They responded to reach out to their customer services. No one answers their emails and their WhatsApp customer care say they will help then disappear and after following up they have no record of the issue and want me to share my issue all over again. I had to repeat my issue more than 5 times now with no response or action. When they ruin your car you are DOOMED and itโs your problem to deal with, they show no support

Itโs a good app but you have major issues with choosing the location cause itโs always changing and never the same address I enter when I booked a car wash appt

I am pleased with the application efficiency and accuracy in ordering the service; however, some cleaners need to be more effective in cleaning under the seats! Overall, itโs a good service, and I will use them again!
