Diese App richtet sich in erster Linie an Patienten oder Angehörige mit chronischen Schmerzen, Stress, Depression, Angst-Panik-Erkrankungen, Körperwahrnehmungsstörungen, Anspannungen, Antriebslosigkeit oder ähnlichem.
Sie soll dazu dienen ihnen einen Überblick über ihre Aktivitäten und das Schmerzverhalten zu geben.
Anhand eines von ihnen zu Beginn ausgefüllten Fragebogens und des Training-Journals werden persönlich angepasste Empfehlungen zur Entspannung bzw. Aktivierung abgegeben, um eine Balance zwischen Spannung und Entspannung zu entwickeln.
Für eine optimale Dossierung befindet sich ein Schmerztagebuch zur Verlaufskontrolle integriert.
