The info that’s published on it is pretty informative, but after you have it for a couple months all the weekly workouts are pretty much the same so you don’t need it. Audio Issues
The app is great on an iPhone accept audio is spotty at best. Most of the videos play without sound. It does does not adapt at all to IPad or tablet. Fantastic content but the developer leaves a lot to be desired.sms7777
