I managed to make account after several tries but now it won’t me log in If I spell
My name correctly with the space between the parts of my last name like it is supposed to be it tells me that my name has to be all letters but when I take the space out it tells me that it doesn’t match the pharmacy records. I’m tired of it and fed up

Do better.
This app is absolutely horrendous. I’ve attempted to make an account three times using three separate emails. There is no customer service number or email to contact. After the third attempt my account is made, but now I’m stuck at ‘verify ID’ because the app won’t let me input my birthday! I haven’t seen an app this bad since the iPhone 4. When it comes to health care you need a well oiled machine. This isn’t a beta gaming app. This app controls private healthcare information and it runs worse than a 2003 Dell desktop computer. Who is running this app, a child? My god get it together.

Terrible
This app is useless. Spent 30 minutes loading it and adding prescription and tried to find when it was last filled and couldn’t do it. Feels like 1990s tech. I programmed better than that in the 1990s. I still have to call to find info. It is also faster and easier to use the phone system.
Needs work!
This is a useful app — when it works! For the last few weeks, the app says it can’t show the prescription history and to contact tech support. I haven’t found a way to contact tech support. Without my prescription history, this app is essentially useless to me!

Frustrating!!!
IF you’re lucky enough to open up the app…you will almost always not be able to see your prescriptions. And, rarely ever able to refill them :(
Can't Log In
I changed pharmacies and tried to download this app. When I register, it says my email already is in use. When I try forgot password, it says there isn't an account with my email. I tried a different email and never got an account confirmation email to use that email. I guess I'll just call the pharmacy every time I need refills.

No way to get customer service
Tried to sign up but never got confirmation email. Tried to “forget” my password but app said my email was invalid. Tried to start an account with same email but app said my invalid email was already in use. Absolutely no other way to complain except leaving 1 star review.
App Does Not Function
Same experience as years old reviews. App works up until the point where the prescription is being submitted and then fails. This should be removed from the App Store until it’s updated to work properly.
Logging into app
So i signed up. Never received email to finish registration. Try to redo it and one time app says they dont have my email address. I try to register AGAIN. this time it says that email already in use. There is NOWHERE to get help thru the app. Help isn't even an option. If i could have rated it zero stars I would. Whoever put this app together doesn't actually use it.
