  • Can not access my information

    I’ve had this app for the past three years without issue. For the past four days I’ve been unable to access any of my customers information through this app- the app when you click to access it continuously says loading but will never upload! I’ve tried accessing it through other devices and my computer but can not get the app to upload.

    I’ve tried to send a customer email and it won’t allow me to send information to anyone to fix the issue.
  • Incredibly glitchy

    With multiple free apps to manage scheduling you’d think the ones you pay for would be a bit above that performance level. It has to sync every time making it time consuming to just navigate the app since it has to sync every time I change a page even if I make changes to the schedule or not. There are also lots of times the app simply wont load at all or tells us our subscription expired even though it hasn’t. The layout is awkward to read and I think this app needs a TON of work before its ready to be offered to the public.
  • Takes your money but won’t let you use app!

    I actually loved this app it was easy to use and we decided to pay for the full year upfront. But shortly after taking my money when we login to create invoices it logs me out and asks me to pay for a subscription?! It will not let me do anything anymore it continuously asks to pay when I already have been charged and paid for a full year subscription!

    I emailed and got response right away to logout and back in…so I did so. It worked for a day and now will not let me do anything once again!! I have emailed several times asking for help and then a refund and now am being ghosted😡
