I am an nri in the U.S. I’m using the same US mobile number (registers with KVB) and the correct customer id number. The app will not let me register. It says one or both of these numbers is incorrect. I know that is not true because I am able to use the same customer id for internet banking. Also I receive SMSs from KVB at this mobile number.
Now, I recently ported the same number to a new iPhone which uses an eSIm. Is the app not recognizing the eSIM? If so, please fix that. I have the same mobile number issue with KVB WhatsApp also.
