The app significantly reduces the effort for documentation, checks can no longer be forgotten and records cannot be lost. The entire paperless documentation can be easily and quickly presented to the authorities upon request. It is archived and serves at any time as proof of self-monitoring and compliance with the duty of care with regard to hygiene and food safety. Alcomo customers can use their existing login for the Alcomo Hygiene App. Otherwise, you can create one at www.alcomo.com. External delivery services can document temperature checks of food delivery at the customer's premises. They can use the Alcomo app without a subscription. The deliveries are sent via QR code. In this case, the app only allows temperature checks during delivery. The test version works without a login, and you can explore the app’s basic features. While not all functions are available, the essential ones are usable. Due to limitations, the data cannot be used as evidence.
