  • 5 years without an update!

It seems to work, marginally. But it's been over 5 years without an update.
The description says it will work on Apple watch, but no app is shown on watch.
  • App needs update of features

I bought this device for my wife last year. She needs it badly, but the lack of info displayed in the app - particularly regarding which mode it is in - has caused her frustration sufficient enough to avoid using the device at all.

I waited a year to post this review certain that improvements would be made to this app so that I could encourage my wife to try it again. A full year and nothing has been done to make simple improvements to this bare bones app. Very disappointing.

The product might be great, but without a better interface, my wife will probably never use it again.

  • Good but could be better

The app does control mode and volume but there is no visual feedback. The beep is better than nothing but at least showing the mode number and a volume slider would improve this a great deal.
  • Been using various brands for 8 years

The voice buds are the best of all the devices I have used over time. While I am a new owner of these, so far I am super impressed. The app is very user friendly but like other reviewers, a couple of additions are in order. First, add number values on the screen so you can tell in an instant what the settings are. Second, and I love this one, is to add an apple watch app to easily make adjustments. That would be a home run. Thanks for your consideration. Get that 5 star rating when implemented.

  • Development?

These notes apply only to the app. Other reviewers have made some good points. Can we expect any more development or even firmware upgrades? I have begun developing connection problems, with interference from my Fitbit Charge 2. Finally had to take it off.
  • What if more then one person in a household

My husband and both need hearing aids. He needs them more, so we bought one pair of the VoiceBud to try. We might try one for each person. If we like them we will buy another set. I do not see any way to choose which set of buds the app should connect to, and no way to disconnect. I assume we will have to use two different phones. While we share the buds each of us will connect to one of them . If/when we get a second set, we will have to rearrange the connections. Not sure how to do this. Maybe the web site will help.

App is easy to use and link up to VoiceBud. Would be nice if in next edition it allow for it to link to iwatch which would make the volume adjustments even more discrete

It’s nice to have an app to control this little hearing device. It works well for the volume settings. I would like to have a number setting visible for the mode since it’s hard to set the mode to the ideal setting on both the device and on the app. Thanks
