Fasting/Time-Restricted Eating Feature to help with fasting - Preset times and along with custom settings so you can stay on track with your weight loss and eating goals Behavioral Nudges - Nudges are personal reminders and notifications that are uniquely designed to keep you on track. The Fitness Score covers just those metrics that are inputted manually or captured via Apple Health Kit such as Steps, BMI, Activity, Body Fat, RHR, Push-up, and Squat Tests, BP, Smoking, Mood, Alcohol consumption, Daily Food Quality, Sleep, and Waist Circumference. The broader OptimumU Score encompasses all the metrics listed in the Fitness Score plus giving items needed through blood work. These include Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Glucose, A1C, C-Reactive Protein, and TSH Thyroid.
