Updated Slider Dashboard with Timer We've listened to your feedback and are excited to announce an enhancement to the Slider Dashboard in Classic Mode. Previously, users experienced issues with the slider not displaying at 100%. This update resolves that issue, ensuring a smoother and more accurate representation of your progress or status on the slider. 4. Auto Login After Connection Loss Our commitment to seamless user experience takes a leap forward with the introduction of an improved auto-login feature. Now, devices that were once connected can re-register automatically without the need for physical intervention. Additionally, in the event of a connection loss, devices will actively attempt to reconnect, leveraging any valid session previously established. This enhancement is a significant step towards ensuring uninterrupted access and ease of use.

Description of HXA Room Booking

Stressful room bookings are a thing of the past with the HXA Room Booking App! Efficiently and effortlessly organize your meeting rooms and workspaces. The HXA Room Booking App is designed to be installed on a tablet, preferably on the outside of a room next to the door. This allows employees to see the availability of the room at a glance and make quick bookings. For an even more comfortable experience, you can also install the app on an additional tablet inside the room, for example on the table. There, features like "Room Service" or "Extend Meeting" can be used even better to optimize the meeting experience. - Save time and avoid scheduling mistakes - The HXA Room Booking App seamlessly synchronizes with Microsoft Exchange (from version 2010) and Microsoft Office 365. Plan meeting rooms directly via Outlook on the Web, Outlook for PC or MAC, and the HXA Sparo App, and benefit from the immediate synchronization of all calendar events on the HXA Room Booking App dashboard. Don't waste any more time with scheduling errors or room unavailability due to double bookings or uncontrolled room usage. - Auto-Cancellation and Quick-Meeting features - If a meeting does not take place, the room can be automatically re-occupied, for example, after 15 minutes without check-in, instead of remaining unnecessarily vacant. Book available time slots directly via a "Quick Meeting" button on the app dashboard – modern, easy, and fast. - More control over used and unused resources - Thanks to the optional Check-in/Check-out functionality of the Premium version, you always have control over your resources.
