Messages of this type cannot be viewed in this version of the app
The design of the app is kinda dated and reminds me of the IPod Touch era UI but i can live with that if the app worked. It has some nice features and a few interesting ideas but every message I have received has had the same warning attached.
“Messages of this type cannot be viewed on older versions of the app.”
The problem is that this is the most up to date version of the app. Touching these messages takes me to a webpage which takes me back here, and the App Store says that there are no updates to download. I deleted the app and redownloaded it and I’m still getting the issue.
The warning also blocks their message so you will never know what the other person was trying to tell you.

Horrible app. Crashes constantly
I tried this app for a few days. You cannot sort by age unless you pay. And I couldn’t add more photos of me. Most of the people on the site are 20-40 and no information is visible. I wasn’t able to see any profiles because the app would crash every time I clicked on anything in the app.
The only person I was able to message I just sent a google phone# and he is in prison!!!
Yeah great experience! NOT!
I have a newer iPhone and this app isn’t compatible. But without being able to sort through the profiles and get ones that match what you prefer in age gender etc. no point in having the app. Trashed it

Update issue
The app keeps saying I need to update to the latest version, but there is no update to do. So I cannot see some messages. There needs to be a fix otherwise it’s decent

the app itself is killer. i enjoy it. but it keeps saying i need to update my version to be able to see messages. thing is it won’t update anymore ?? and it keeps crashing every time i click on someone’s profile. i’ve redownloaded the app multiple times. and it’s still crashing and saying the same thing. please fix this. i would have gave it a five star review. but instead it gets two.

I CANT READ MESSAGES
I am a verified member on white black but whenever a match send me a text a I can’t read it, a message will popup and say Messages of this type cannot be viewed on older versions of BlackWhite. Download the newest version and enjoy the best experience, please help me, how can I get this new version, I am using iPhone XR

App sucks
Just like the last person. App quits if to tap a profile.
Crashes
I can’t see a members profile without the app crashing on me. I’ve written this same review a couple of times and nothing has been done about it. I’ve also updated the app and it still tells me I can’t see messages because the app is not up to date. Is anything going to be done about this or did you just give up on the upkeep of this app????

Poor quality
I was never able to use it. People would send me messages but I could never respond back because it stated that I needed to download the newest version. I deleted and downloaded the appt 3 times and sent messages. I finally got another email response from technical support and all they said was the same thing they said a year ago “be patient while waiting for the new version to become available”. At this point I don’t think there is a new version and I will try another interracial dating website.
