Reviews of SmallTalk

Have to have Facebook to use

I was so excited for this but you have to have Facebook to even log-on/sign up. This is a tad ridiculous IMO and I will not join Facebook just to use this app.

This is the perfect language exchange/practicing app.

Please read everything: I'm sick and tired of the transition language exchange apps like hellotalk or speaky because people treat it like dating sites instead of genuinely wanting to improve their speaking skill. Most people just text and never open their mouths to each other then the conversation would get very boring because they run out of things to talk about.

I've been looking for something like this for a very long time.

However, their is one fatal flaw... popularity. You need to get more people to use this app. For that reason, I'm barely getting any calls. In fact, i have not gotten a call at all

Response from developer

Hi! This app was my side-project and I created it because I felt the same as you about other 'conversations' apps. Unfortunately it looks like people don't actually want to talk and improve their language skills and I was never able to make Smalltalk popular, even with ads. Thank you, however, for your review, it's actually nice to know that at least somebody appreciated the idea behind the Smalltalk :)
