Horrendous software and support
No clear or detailed instructions. Can’t easily pair device (2800.com) with phone. It may as well be a simple rangefinder, can’t utilize the ballistic functions.michael.kavanaugh

Won’t connect to crf 2800.com.
Confirmed 2800 is in App mode but this app never finds it. Have no problem connecting 2800 to my kestrel. App is useless.Unhappy_abt_it

FW update not working
Really love the 2800.com RF really impressive, but the app is letting me down. All functions of the app work fine except FW update. The RF will not update from 28.16.0 to 28.18.0. The leds flash as expected, but once 100% and you press the main button it doesn’t seem to do the restart that is suggested should occur. When I reconnect the RF to the App it still says the update is required, like it didn’t install. Tried many, many times, FW is still 28.16.0.Show lessgregliss
