Unreliable and inconsistent service
Initially the app was easy to use but most of the pet sitters assigned have very little knowledge on dealing with puppies in specific.
It has now become impossible to book a service! Despite the number of days I advance the booking is made, a sitter is not matched till the day they are required and in most cases a notification is sent very late stating they cannot find an assignment. It’s difficult to plan a day at work and finding out that a sitter will not be visiting especially for those with long commutes.
