Account creation issues
Edit: customer service asked to reinstall and try a reset password. That worked! Upped to four stars. Mostly due to quirks and no helmet.
I do not have the helmet.
App has some quirks in its phrasing, push to talk on app with a friend does not support two way simultaneous. Just like a walkie push cuts audio or tells you its busy when another talks.
Two way worked while on phone which was cool. Phone contact could hear me respond but not chatter on two way. Might be different on speaker. Only occurred once during a dry run.
Anyone added to your group can see your location, position updates frequently. Didn’t see a way to use trail maps. Appears to use google maps.
If you choose, the app uses your phones gps to track your run. Speed, distance travelled, vertical, altitude, and slope. Shows the run as a green line overplayed in the map.

Went to check out application before purchasing helms.
App launches and it did initially sent an auth code to sign up.
Used my mobile # to create an account. Verification code request worked, was texted. Then created a password within defined parameters.
On submit an error appeared after a few seconds stating it timed out.
Attempting to get another code gave the error that the account already existed.
So I Attempting to sign in with the account gave an error that the account didn’t exist.
Attempting to retrieve password, it fails to send a verification code and states that in its error.
Shut the app down and tried again with same results.
