When I signed up I entered my time of birth incorrectly and there is no place to update your profile. Other than that it’s okay, kinda expensive for what it is.GEMMS1

Absolutely so many ads
Everytime I would read 1 word of a sentence, an advertisement would pop up. Takes 15 minutes to read one paragraph because of how many glitchy advertisements there are.Monie2314
House system is incorrect
It acknowledges my rising sign as Scorpio (1h), yet the subsequent houses don’t align with the zodiac wheel. Either the app is buggy or something is incorrect…. whether whole sign, placidus, etc., it doesn’t change the order of the zodiac wheel. Please fix to provide folks with accurate info.kwills93

Have to purchase anything meaningful. Every tap you make within the app triggers an ad that you have to fully watch in order to get back to the app (no option to exit).Yjfdezdllllbd

I either accidentally entered in the wrong time for my birth chart, or the chart calculation itself is wrong. I’ve reached out to customer support only for them to downplay my situation and act as if I don’t know my own chart at this point (I am nowhere near a beginner in terms of astrology, & I doubt the dozens of apps and websites I’ve used for 10+ years on end wouldn’t give me the same result only for this apps to be completely different…)
Really hoping they can improve their customer support. I don’t appreciate not being taken seriously and talked down to as if I have no clue what I am talking about. I even addressed I may have entered incorrect info in the app and either way needed help correcting it. Definitely don’t appreciate what’s gone on so far.Show lessJahgedblyfo

I don’t mind supporting business but the app literally pushes you to spend money on it way harder than any other astrology app I’ve ever had. I’d rather invest in co-star. They still advertise but don’t ask for your wallet every waking moment. To me, push notifications asking for money amongst other things make me less interested. Instant uninstall.Show lessStormjessus
