First off, for a first time user, I’m happy we got our two cylinders replaced in less than an half an hour of confirming the order (total time from ordering till delivery was under an hour).
Payment was digital (point of sale) so no problems there also.
My critical feedback lies in the apps general look and feel which does not help the user have a seamless experience.
- There are areas/districts (such as my own) that are not available under the Riyadh list.
I had to book under a nearby district.
- The map pin drop does not work unless I allow location reading.
- In-app payment is not available (feature issue)
- Once order is confirmed, checking on status update takes a while. The app gets really slow to fetch info (a tad longer than necessary by todays standards).
Hope the above points reaches the right people!

سيء جداً الطلب يضل انتضار ولمن تكلمهم يقولو المندوب بعيد عنك علشان كذا كنسل الطلب
عماله تقبل الطلب ولاتخدمك الا اذا تدفع زياده لهم وللاسف مافي خدمة عملاء
اول واخر مره ، وابشركم ماجاني ابد
تدخل وتطلب ويقولون لك تم استقبال الطلب ولاحد يوصل لك شي ! ورقم التواصل مغلق ٢٤ ساعه.

تطبيق فاشل ولايردون وماتدري متى يجيك اصلا اذا جاء
نصيحة لا احد يتعب نفسه ويتعامل معهم والله على ماقول شهيد
كذا مره اطلب ويتصل علي ويطلب مبلغ اضافي غير الي بالتطبيق!!!
