Terrible app
The app simply doesn’t work, and the one time it did, it hasn’t updated my points or rewards play in months. Now I can’t even login or rest the password. Not using the app anymore!
Junk App
Does not work. First it would not let me log in. Then it finally worked after several attempts but, would then not allow me to link my rewards card. Many attempts and not working! Junk app is worthless!
Unable to login
I have been unable to login for a few months now. I changed my password and that didn’t work. I uninstalled and reinstalled app and that didn’t work either. So I’m going to delete app for good since I don’t go to the casino anymore.
Terrible and no support
After 5 attempts to regain access to the APP, I am giving up. Can never get in touch with someone that can fix the issue. I get transferred to the cage and they have limited support options and “can send an email to IT”. Never get a response and start all over again.
Please take the APP down if you are going to support it.

Cannot even make an account and the help option is useless its a shame that they make tons of money and cant even put some of it into their app shame…

Every time they run a promotion. It says to see one star rewards for details. There are never any details to be found. Especially for things like the cruises and Vegas stay for platinum members. The website is no better.
Useless
Will not link my one star account. No point to have it. There “help” button is a fake as it goes no where

I do the app and tried to link my PC number but it will not link the account. You should fix the app before trying pushing people to use it.
This app is worthless
I made my account and have been unable to log in since. Even if I reset my password (when it even allows me to) it will not allow me to log in. It keeps giving me errors on both iPhone and iPad. Everything on both devices is updated and still I can’t even login to my account.
