Did the app used to be free but not it is paid?
I used to love this app, and use it all the time for 9 years. I lost my phone and got a new one and now I need to pay to be able to use it.
I am disappointed that I cannot just get a life membership for a good price. Instead I need to pay every year.
I have also bought around 3 editions of the Essential life books too, which shows I am a long life user. Disappointing.

Paid in full for the app but now...
You have cancelled it . I paid in full originally for this app which was great back then, now when subscription started, a group of us were told that we could have lifetime access because we paid in full for the app to $10. I think it was. now it is asking me to subscribe, will not restore purchase and has kicked me out, very unhappy with the treatment from this app. I guess it’s just rubbish now, disappointing, but you didn’t keep your word so that an app that can’t be trusted, surely not worth having!!!! goodbye.

Can’t actually access app
The app doesn’t work for me - I’ve paid for the subscription but every time I try to access the app, it just keeps looping me on the ‘pay for subscription’ page. If I hit ‘restore purchase’, it just loops me back to that page. If I try to pay again, it loops me back. Have emailed but not gotten a response, this seems the only way to give feedback…??

It doesn’t work
I got the app and it worked well, however after the 7 days free and I started to pay for the app it stopped working. So it’s has been more than 10 days that I paid for the app but I can’t use it. I send email and no one answer. 😞
No longer accessible to people who are blind
I’ve had this app for several years. My subscription recently renewed around the time of the latest changes and update. I can no longer use this app because I use a screen reader. I tried to contact the developer and that was not accessible either. The developer needs to let me know if they are going to make this app accessible again. otherwise, I will cancel my subscription. And I guess I’m just out my money for this year. Way to exclude those of us who can’t see.

Made me sign up before stating it’s a paid subscription…
I normally don’t mind if somethings worth while being a sub but this app offered no feee options and took all my info and details made me make an account before accessing or seeing anything and then when I sign in it forces me to do the subscription without even trying or seeing how the app is no thanks.. was looking forward to see what this app would bring for all my essential oil ideals and organization ect… I’d suggest looking else where unless you want to sign up for something your not sure even what’s offered or how it looks ect… and take your info before seeing anything.

After receiving an email from Essential Life …
It would have even better if the company had contacted me immediately after I reported being unable to login to my paid account but at least they finally recognized the inherent unfairness and I am once again able to access the account. I’m happy to be back and able to find healthy solutions to life’s little problems.

Pretty well set up but deceiving
It's a very professional looking app and definitely user friendly to navigate. My main concern is when it comes to the ailments. It suggests essential oils that help with health concerns but I realized all these suggestions were sent in by random people and not backed or monitored closely. Just know the suggestions on here are coming from a random person that might have no experience with what essential oils can actually do.
