App Stopped working suddenly
When the app was working it over the last 6 months it was great and I loved it. Recently it stopped recording fuel ups- it just won’t save then any more. I’ve tried sending a message three times via their contact and no response. So I’m cancelling this. Too bad it is no longer working.
Tells me to upgrade when I already did
Won’t record more than 40 trips. I have the pro with mileage and it says to upgrade and when I try it said I’m already subscribed. Restore doesn’t work. Hasn’t recorded anything in almost 2 weeks

Don’t support this company by purchasing this app. At some point they will screw you too.
I used CarIQ for years and found it quite helpful. In May of 2022, a change was made to their subscription where they added another level. Instead of notifying current subscribers, they lock the system where only 1 vehicle was now available. My app defaulted to a second vehicle which I don’t have anymore and I could not add new data to my current vehicle. I didn’t notice this change for several weeks and because of this, when I added new data, it went into that old vehicle. Even when I updated my subscription to the higher level, I could not access my current vehicle data.

Wont import fuelly csv files and support does nothing
As the title says, it wont import csv files despite going through the import process and matching the data entries manually.
