  • Needs updated!

These chairs cost a good bit and the app for them that adds functionality should be updated. The back arrow is up in the corner where it is hard to make it work since it is basically under the time display.
  • Terrible app that detracts from the chair

iPhone 11, the buttons at the top and bottom are very hard to activate. The saved settings change randomly. That is, when I use a saved setting and adjust the chair sometimes it saves those settings and sometimes not. This app is clearly abandoned. When it comes time to buy a new chair I will purchase something else.

  • Gravis app👎

Our gravis chairs are great. The app - not so much. I can’t choose my chair. I choose both serial numbers in bluetooth settings but only 1 chair works. It appears the app is 3 years old. Isn’t it time for an update. The chairs are very expensive so the app should be as good as the chairs.
  • Why is this app 2 yrs old?????

Just got second Gravis delivered and now can no longer select the first chair. Not even an option. What gives. UPDATE the app please. Hire and outside company if you have to. This can’t be that heavy of a lift. You are a big company with expensive well made products and you let an app like this exist? Big miss Human Touch

  • Version Hx Tells It All

This app hasn’t been updated in two years. Ridiculous, since if you have more than a single chair you are required to memorize a 7 digit number to know which one is yours. Comfortable chair but remote operation only for the owner who knows exactly which one is his. Would be easy to allow renaming feature to more easily identify. Would not buy another.

Follow-up to the above. It seems that there is simply no effort to up the game on this chain and the app. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR! Overpriced and oversold. Manufacturer clearly doesn’t care about the sale…maybe discontinued. I would rate -3 stars for the app, 4 stars four chair comfort, 1 star for operational design (total mismatch on embedded button design…hold the rear button to go forward and the front button to go backward. Handheld does not light up in the dark, on/off button is not intuitive. Designer obviously never used the controls of the chair. However, the motor works well.

  • LOVE THIS APP AND CHAIR

App was very easy to understand. Like all the extra features it allows you like heat setting temp. Fantastic chair. Time for a nap and a massage now.
  • Remember my chair

We have two chairs that sit side by side. I should be able to permanently pair my chair with my iPhone. But no, every time I go to use the app I have to tell it again which chair I want to control. Come on, there is no excuse for that with today’s technology!!! If it weren’t for that it would be a five star app and not a two star. But that is too annoying!!

  • Appallingly bad interface

The wired controller for this chair has fewer functions than the ones for cheaper chairs. But you’d best stick with the cheaper ones. First, nearly every time you use it, you need to select which chair you’re controlling. I suppose that that’s necessary if you have more than one, but it’s infuriating when you just have one (and I can’t imagine that anyone who has suffered through this with one chair would be foolish enough to buy another one). The interface is modal in maddening ways—it seems bound and determined to put the next bottom you’ll want to press on a different screen than the one you’re looking at. There’s only one pre-set position (“ZG”), and if you create more than one of your own, you’ll find it relegated to a place you have to scroll to. And you’ll need at least one—there’s no button for putting the chair back in its upright position (though, oddly, you can do this by holding down the power button). The chair itself can be relaxing to sit in, but some of the tension you’ll need to let go of will come from having to use the awful app.

  • App doesn’t follow iOS guidelines

It overlaps the iOS status bar obscuring its back button behind the time and the + button behind the battery. The bottom icons get in the way of the iOS app switcher.

The + button is constantly pulsing. Why is it so needy?

There is too much space between the icons and their labels.

Also, it should remember which chair I last selected. It should also let me switch chairs within the app. It should also let me rename the chairs.

  • Broke my chair

Doesn't work and permanently broke the ZG functionality on my chair. Would give it negative stars if I could. How can your app be so bad that it bricks a $5000 chair?
