CTT Now permite que clientes particulares ou empresas façam pedidos de recolhas e entregas urgentes na região da grande lisboa. Os pedidos são definidos pela identificação das moradas de recolha e entrega e dos objetos associados. O limite máximo de peso são 20Kg e o tempo calculado para o percurso e para a operação de entrega e recolha não pode exceder as 2 horas.
Os clientes particulares, após realizarem e submeterem o pedido, são solicitados a realizarem o pagamento. Após o pagamento, a plataforma inicia o processo de associação de um estafeta ao pedido.
Quando o estafeta está associado, o cliente pode acompanhar através da funcionalidade de LiveTracking o percurso e o serviço a ser realizado.
