Does not work with an IPhone 11 Pro Max
I had this installed and the app does not work with an IPhone 11 Pro Max. When you log in the APP give an error “Network Error”. So I go to the settings, “Turn on” WLAN and Cellular. Go back to the APP and sign in, same error “Network error”. Go back again. Check the settings and the Data is “OFF”. You can do this 100 times and you will get the same error time after time. For some reason this APP shuts off the data when you try to log in. It works with Hauwai, DOES NOT WORK WITH AN IPHONE. Customer service answers the phone. But is completely useless to solve this problem.
