Truly my #1 favourite game!
I’ve been playing for 8 months now and it’s so fun there’s so much to do! The only things I wish to see fixed is when we buy card chests I’d like to be able to buy them in bulk with my coins. I don’t like sitting here pressing over and over to buy chests. I usually save up enough money to buy a few thousand chests and it takes so long when you have to press over and over to purchase.
Secondly, I would really love to see the puzzle pieces get the same feature as card chests when you can earn %50 more. I love buying puzzle pieces but I would love it even more if they also had %50 more feature!Show lessMoistCakeTTV

My most played game ever!!
I am an avid Piggy Go player and in the top tier of players. With that being said I feel that for players who have (i.e. VIP pass, Piggy Pass, over 100k stars) should be provided with more perks in the game. Such as sending event food , puzzle pieces, cards and even gold pieces at least more than 5 times a day. I say this because my team has players from all over the world who play at various times of the day. And often times during the end of the day before the game resets players are unable to fulfill help requests because of the 5 help quota. But if the more experienced team players as mentioned above were able to give more than 5 times ago this would help game play. Also when receiving gold tickets for purchasing skins it would be nice to see a running total of how many gold tickets I have accumulated. And for all the puzzle pieces I have won for completing puzzles what can they be used for? Are they just to show on your profile how many pieces you have. If so you should do the same for cards which to me is harder to complete due to the fact you have to wait for special events to gift cards to team mates. I will still continue to play the game but I hope you guys create more event games that are different from castle, dragon battle, Lilly town ( my least favorite event) , carnival just to name a few. I am one of the few players that doesn’t mind spending hundreds of dollars on a game that is worth it.Show lessChinkieyes

Please do something about the cards and puzzles
Some thing needs to be done with the daily puzzle and cards 5 cards once a day and 3 puzzles per day is extremely bad for a free to play player and you should be able to buy puzzles pieces with coins like the cards puzzle are the worst too get for free to play players so many can’t even finish anythingShow lessCrystal labbey

Fake chat support, they are scamming users out of millions!
This app is using a fake support chat and is currently not inside full agreement terms to be used by iOS users. That chat support box was never placed with intent to assist and may sound crazy but apple let it slip under their nose. We have been speaking with no one the whole time and the game knows it. That’s why they don’t reference any agent ID or names in chats, they are expecting people to discontinue app use or take us in circles but I will be contacting local news outlets as well. Apple is allowing its users to be scammed by simply not making sure these third parties are holding up their end of the agreements. It’s wild!!!!
Update- still no reimbursement of gems stolen. They responded on Facebook with the date and time of my purchase then advised me to request a refund from apple, completely ignoring video evidence of malfunctioning game that took over 300 gems. No apology or accountability and then advised that I was to wait and use the gems anyway since the payment for my purchase showed pending from my account at the moment I went clicked (all payments show pending for some time no matter who the merchant is, anyone who uses debit or credit cards know they don’t just process the very second u click pay!). I said ok then that only proves further technical issues on their behalf. Still no resolution..it’s awful treatment and I don’t deserve this.Show lessCocoaMonaLisa
Frustrating
The main game is ok, I expect it to get harder to an extent. My issue is the mini games, like the castle for example. I can go into the castle with 25 billion coins and the beginning is fine. But once I make it to the last dragon, it is impossible. When you land on a key, I almost always land on x2 or x3. I can hit those on the board, that shouldn’t even be an option on the vault. Not to mention the fact that I always have kill the dragon but must continue to deplete my coins to get enough from the vault. It seems that if you beat the dragon it should be over. And 20 billion coins will not get you enough from the vault because not only do you only gets a x2 or 3, you will rarely land on the vault. There are two empty spaces and 2 keys but you will definitely hit the empty spaces 50 times before you hit the key once and collect mere change from the vault. I have to deplete all of my coins and dice just to beat the last level although the dragon is dead. That is ridiculous.Show lessCori Moyer
