The profiles are not real. The people who contact you for chatting are not who you think they are - they are only pretending for “entertainment purposes”. They bury this disclosure in their Terms and Conditions but conveniently nowhere else.
I have been arguing for 2 days with their support staff, who have admitted the profiles aren’t real.

Waste of time
You overcharged with coins per message. Drop that amount and I might stay on here. Paying a large amount for coins and then 50 coins a message. It’s way too much. You have enough people on here, drop the amount like I asked. And some of these women have no life. That have been on here forever and just play games.
