Worthless
Once again a large corporation buys a product that no one understands or tests. It is constantly down, can’t build favorites, you can’t setup a default profile. Horrible. I’d give it a zero if it were available.Dontcare44523

Terrible app
This app is so bad I can’t understand how my Fortune 500 company chose it for our company. The font is so small for one. But over all I don’t know what kind UX team you have but you need new ones because everything about the flow, interface etc is just not user friendly.Lauriewawa
Interface is too small
I have large fingers and so I am always pressing the wrong thing by accident. For example, when trying to reserve a workspace I often end up clicking the one next to it (which is already reserved so I can’t select it). I was also disappointed when launching the app on a tablet that it remained small (displayed only in a cell phone sized window surrounded by a lot of black space).Show lesssad this time

Crashes all the time, can’t see reserved desks so have to lucky dip and if you’re wrong you’re back to the start of the booking.twwwas

Persistent issue where when trying switching to ‘full day’ the date changes to the next day resulting in bookings made 24hrs ahead of where you actually want to book. Very frustrating.LeakyTurnip
Wow everything is miniaturized
This app is a nice idea but it crams so much in the scene that things are too tiny. Would be better if there was an easy way to zoom, especially when looking at the floor plan— when I try to zoom in almost always clicking on a reservable room so instead of zooming it it’s selecting the workspace.Not the most responsive

Daylight savings time 2022 issue
For scheduling workspace after March 13, 2022, the app is moving the time request forward one hour without notification. For example, I booked a workroom for 8:00 - 16:00 on March 14, and noticed in View Events the time was changed to 9:00 - 17:00. I went in to update it to 8:00 - 16:00, and after it accepts the change in time it shows up in View Events as 9:00 to 17:00 again. Is there a fix in the world for this issue?
