Cant connect due to update
Please update this otherwise I can’t connect! Very annoying!

Even after setting up a separate 2.4ghz network. Vacuum is great, the app is junk

This update at least let’s you log in.. but it seems to swap AM and PM round, so regardless of the time on your iPhone the app will set the robot hoover to be the opposite period of day, schedule adjusting and setting also often crashes the app... after such a long wait for a version they lets you log in, this is a woefully bad update and still really not fit for purpose sadly... very limited and unhelpful support from the developers as well

Doesn’t log in!
Useless App. Tried registering with various email ids but the App can’t log me in. Ans unless that’s done I can’t connect to the robot. Please fix. Thanks.
Login through App doesn’t work
I tried signing up with email id. I was sent the Verify Code. I registered my password. But the App still doesn’t log me in. I even tried resetting my password but no use. Please help!!
Works great on older iPhones!
Issue I’m having is does not login with the newer iPhones. I have iPhone XS Max does not work works fine one iPhone SE! Please Update the App!
Won’t log on
Registered and re-registered several times. Deleted and re-installed. Still won’t allow me to log in. And without logging in, the app is useless.
