When you are brand new to Movement training we understand that it can be very intimidating for so many people and we don't want this fear to hold you back, so we have designed a way to take you from a complete beginner to a well rounded , strong, flexible and skilful human. Every new member will take our Movement Foundation Package, The Foundation package will run over a 4 week period where we will teach our Movement philosophy, how the classes work, set goals and learn how to achieve them.
