  • Surprised

You know what, seen plenty of negative reviews about this app…found out about it a really long time ago and based on the reviews I just assumed it didn’t work so I never got it. I recently downloaded it just to try it on my iPad and was genuinely so impressed with the quality of the app. Ever since I got it I find myself playing my ps5 on my iPad when I’m not home and it’s never kicked me off or disconnected me in any way. Seriously if you have good WiFi you should consider getting this if you’re out and about. SO glad I finally installed this.

  • Don’t bother

Absolutely useless, never connects. It doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi, 4G, 5G….the result is always the same. Either it can’t find the console or the connection speed is not fast enough to maintain the connection, either way it doesn’t connect me. The only time it has connected was in the same room with the console, at which point it loses all the meaning. I don’t need to connect remotely to a console that’s at the length of my arm. I need to connect to it when I’m out of the house. Also the console can’t be off, which is weird as well. I need to turn it off sometimes. I can’t just leave it on rest 24/7 just in case I would get bored and try to connect to it remotely.
I assumed this would be cloud based service, which would make sense. Trying to connect to an actual console at my home from a different city or even country seems unnecessarily complicated and weird. Most of our games have saves in the cloud space anyway. Surely cloud gaming over my PS account makes more sense than a console that has to stay turned on while I’m not home, especially if I’m unable to connect to it anyway.

  • Terrible update

This has has worked in the past ok, the controls are terrible but the concept and overall experience is half decent. The analogue stick needs to be completely separated from the d-pad because there is too many wrong clicks. Since the upmost recent update I can’t connect even though nothing else has changed. Keeps saying my connections is too slow.. my connection is more than enough so sadly 3 stars down to 1 star because the app doesn’t work at all. It should be removed from the App Store until it’s fixed.
