Appreciate the positive sentiment :)
Frequency frustration
Overall idea is great and I like the layout but usefulness to me with the current features available.
Response from developer
Hi eucalyptusmint Understand your frustration. We created the 'Bills' category so you can set reminders that occur weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and 6 monthly. Hope you'll give that a go to get the reminders that matter on the frequency you need. Cheers, Tim, co-founder
Great help know when bills due
Great app and responsive developer.

Many thanks for the great rating. Glad to hear you have adapted the app to suit your needs - we tried to make it flexible to suit most people's needs. All the best, Tim, co-founder
Great, but room for improvement
The expiry feature in the app also seems to need a bit of work as I have monthly recurring payments that appear at the top of my feed for days after they’re “due”. I also have things at the bottom of my feed that are closer to bing due that things in the middle?
Response from developer
Hi Jofifijo We hear you. You can unsubscribe from emails (see link at bottom), and we are improving the listing of reminders in the feed. Cheers, Tim, co-founder
I just want to load social events

Hi aldersgate13 Yes, GetReminded is specifically designed as a reminder service to renew payments on long term contracts (e.g. annual insurance policy or electricity plan) or documents (e.g. car rego or passport). Also short term 'Bills' like weekly rent, fortnightly utilities, monthly subscriptions, quarterly lease, or 6 monthly loan repayment. You can also use GetReminded for annual reminders like birthdays and anniversaries. Or pet vaccinations, personal health insurance, mobile phone plan renewal, driver licence and many more. Maybe there's something in there that will help you to remember to pay on time and save some money! Cheers, Tim, co-founder at GetReminded
Useless
Created my own sign in details. Message keeps informing me that either email or password is incorrect. Tried signing in again, tells me email is already in use!
Clicked can’t remember password, so as to create a new one. App sends me to login page. Enter details. Same message appears. “ email or password wrong”
Frustrating, and a turn off for wanting to use this app!
Response from developer
Hi there. We are sorry you had a problem signing in. There was as server outage in the past few hours affecting sign ups. Pls send your login email to gethelp@getreminded.com and we'll resolve this for you. Also we DO NOT spam users with emails - it's part of our commitment to ensure a good user experience. Sorry again for the frustration. Tim.
Great Idea But Needs Further Development
I’d only been using it for a few minutes and was faced with the dilemma of it’s standardised restrictions, such as:
1. Payment frequency options in this app did not offer sufficient alternatives to match my actual bills. Therefore, as a forecasting tool it was useless.
2. The standard list of categories/options is quite ok, however it is quite limited. Therefore I’d like to see an option where we can create our own categories.
3. Some of our regular costs, such as home energy utilities obviously vary greatly from season to season in what we are charged. Therefore it would be great if a we could zoom down further into these bills to provide more accurate estimates for each period.
Maybe there are more problems, but honestly this idea has great potential but needs more work to be taken seriously!

Hi Geoff, Glad you like the idea of the app. We are striving to make it useful for as many people as possible. Although some will want more versatility than we might provide. You can set reminders on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly/6 monthly basis. See the Bills category. All other categories allow annual and longer reminders. If you need a category that's not currently available, try the 'More > Custom' option. Appreciate the idea to focus on bills based on seasonality. However note we are not trying to be a budgeting app, we are focussed to be a great reminder app to ensure you review a contract at a specific time in the future. Cheers, Tim.
Almost perfect

Hi betterwaystospendmy$$. We are always working to improve the app and your feedback is appreciated. Fortnightly and 6 monthly payment frequency are being added to more categories. However like to clarify what you mean by "2, 3, 4, 5 years on licencing really limits the usefulness of the app." ? In the Licence category you can set up reminders for any future date, as many years ahead as you need. If this doesn't answer your queries, pls send an email with more details to gethelp@getreminded.com. Thanks, Tim at GetReminded
Not there yet
Also it is missing my bank - bank Australia and there is no option to enter this so I had to choose another bank which makes the reminder wrong...
Otherwise, it is a great idea and very nicely presented.
Response from developer
Hi, thanks for your compliment. To answer your request, there is the option to create weekly, fortnightly, monthly reminders. Use the ‘Bills’ category and select frequency and reason. The reminders auto rollover so no need to keep changing the date. For bank name, we couldn’t list them all so just choose ‘Other’ and type in your bank name in free text field. Hope that resolves your issues and you think it deserves more than 2 stars 😊 Cheers, Tim, co-founder.
