  • Way overpriced for a simplistic game

I understand that the developers are very proud of their AR functionality. And the graphics are extremely beautiful. But the puzzles are too simple to even be childlike, and there are way too few of them. In order to justify this cost, they would have to significantly increase the challenge level of the puzzles and they would have to at least double the number of them. What they have now is a gorgeous game for children with short attention spans. It’s a sadly wasted effort. Tons of form, zero substance.

  • Fun Diversion

The puzzles are not particularly challenging but the game is fun to play and the controls work well. The extra bonus features add an additional welcome challenge.

HEY DEVELOPER!!!! The “Restore” button doesn’t seem to do anything. Having purchased the full unlock, I am unable on a reinstall to restore my $6 purchase. This is a major bummer that I hope will be fixed in a release very soon.

  • Good try.

I really enjoyed the first Birdcage game and played it a bunch of times before realising you guys made a second one. Upon playing it, I don’t find it as magical as the first game. The cages are boring, the music makes me want to quit even though it’s just a deeper / darker version of the first, the puzzles are pretty much the same as the first game minus some new additions like the drawing. The games story doesn’t attract me unlike the first game which drew me in from the very start in the bluebird pack which prompted me to buy the additional packs after playing the first level so I could finish the story. Stories that have an emotional affect on you makes it so beautiful but this games story didn’t have that effect on me and I really didn’t care what would happen next. Good game but I don’t think i’ll buy the packs to finish it though.

  • FK02 YUU

The first one of these was a breath of fresh air, nice colourful and really easy on the eye. The only real issue was that it was far too easy. Like many people I am used to the room series and Forever lost etc etc

This second version is definitely an improvement and more tricky than the first. The developers have clearly listened to people’s reviews and put a lot of thought into creating this new one.

In my opinion for what it’s worth if you can crank it up more and make a third version longer and harder still you could be on to a 5 star winner with many many puzzlers like myself 👏👍🙏🏻🥇

  • Beautiful but easy

Beautiful game but the levels are extremely easy. You can finish the first 12 free levels in about 20 minutes. There are three jewels in each level which should be difficult to find. However the first two are usually just sitting there and the third is not hidden very well. I love the addition of the magic wand (in theory) but there are only two spells in the first two packs and both do the same thing. A final pet peeve, the three stage bundle costs $5.99 but buying the three stages individually would cost $5.97!

  • Great Game

I have played the first Birdcage, fantastic game I have now started Birdcage two,, if each game is £1.99 each being £5.97 how can paying £5.99 be discounted by 40% what more if anything do you get by buying the £5.99 set
  • Brilliant!

I find the difficulty rating just right, there’s nothing worse than spending all your time on a game googling walkthroughs which breaks the rhythm of the game, so far I’ve not needed to, I love how the story progresses in bits as you go, great graphics and good puzzles, I loved the first and am loving this series too, I don’t mind paying for a game that gives me enjoyment which this does in bucket loads!! Thank you dear devs 😘😘😘

Edit: just finished and enjoyed every minute, it isn’t hard but at the minute that suits me fine, not sure the point of collecting the 3 gems though, I thought the clues would have a purpose for the end game but was totally pointless? Even the diagrams were for nothing?

Thanks for feedback. There is a hidden/secret gameplay in the game, make sure you find it...
  • Good game but waste of money

It’s like an easier version of ‘The Room’ but with animals and you have to pay for more levels. If you like this puzzle style just get The Room because it’s completely free and they have 3 games.
  • Love It!

A great game for people who like to solve puzzles. Not quite as hard as The Room (another great puzzle game) but this is good as I personally find The Room quite hard!

Only wish you didn’t have to pay to unlock the full story. :( However, would probably say it is worth it - besides, if you don’t want to pay, you still get to do a lot of the game.

    Love it!

  • Has potential to be 5*

It’s a very good game - however... levels are too simple. Too simple to pay £5.99 for. Not very challenging..but still fun to do. I did the 2 free packs on this game & before I started, my iPad was almost fully charged (97%) after about 15 minutes I felt my iPad getting extremely hot so I closed the app & noticed my battery had gone down to 28% in the space on 15 minutes. I never have my brightness set to the max either...it doesn’t do it on any other game, quite disappointing overall.
