$150 late fee and money missing
I am being charged $150 late fee because this app had problems when I made a payment. The money has cleared my bank but the apartment complex has no record of the payment.
Too much time
A lot of time is wasted with this app. It’s really a micro manage for maintenance. Wasting time having to constantly be on your phone, and not sanitary for your health using your personal phone in many settings. Really not maintenance friendly. It is a plus for upper management.
Easy to use
A bit difficult before the update but the recent update is easy to use luckily. Convenient for work since everything can be found through the app.
