Feature suddenly locked out
I used this wonderful app to record video. One of my lenses is broken and makes a horrible buzzing noise when recording video with the iOS camera app. FILCA allowed me to record video from a specific lense without the buzzing noise. I’m suddenly unable to record video using FILCA unless I pay for premium services. I have to try and find another app now.

Good app but not forthcoming on the payment structure.
Good camera effects but be aware that have to pay to get the app then if you buy additional film packs you cannot use until you buy a life subscription for £59 or pay an annual feed. Not made clear at the time of purchase so I had to ask for a refund.

Pretty good app
First off I am no pro photographer but recently have been getting more knowledgeable and involved in taking photos. I have purchased quite a few apps as I like to use as many features as possible.
My friend told me about the Ricoh GR and I’m itching to buy one but said I need to prove to myself I will put it to use. I have halide, 1998 cam, sweet film,HUJI and fimo. They all have their own pros and cons and I’ve purchased the upgrades. That all being said.
This app feels like in 1998 and fimo. It’s got a great layout but honestly wish it could have more filters. Also I couldn’t find a manual which would be nice . The filters it does have render some nice stuff and the extras you pay for do create some nice images with really cool frames like old pics.I don’t think it’s quite worth what I paid so I hope there is a nice upgrade for us.
Overall feels fun to put together a picture with the options available in pro, and I’m eager to snap photos throughout my day.

Refund me for the packs I bought
I bought two film packs 2 years ago and ever since the update recently I can’t use them anymore, it keeps telling me all the film stocks are only for pro members. you can no longer buy film packs you instead have to buy the membership. I at least want a refund for the money I spent on some of those film packs they were fairly 11$ each I believe.

Great app but some suggestions
This is a great app. I paid for it year ago. This app literally worth the money.
Just some suggestion:
1. Can the lens info be added please? I love check the previous photos with locations and lens information. This is part of my memories too.
2. Can you add more Fuji film please? Fuji films are most popular at this moment. If these can be added I believe this app can be more popular.
3. Can the lens switch be a button instead of a ring? The ring is hard to use from my experience

Fantastic Vintage Look
Love the manual controls and all the vintage looks. Easy to use and setting up a shot is quick once you know your favorite film filters. My only negatives are small. I wish the UI was larger. There’s so much space on my screen between the edges of the UI and the edges of my phone. When I open up my filter or series library, it takes up half my viewing screen making it difficult to preview a shot. I also wish there was a way to favorite certain film film filters.

Spent 8 dollars on this. Basically useless. The app arent working most of the time. Waste of money
Used to be good but not anymore
Unfortunately, the newest update ruined my favorite filter in this app. I used this app and the huji filter for over three years and suddenly it stopped working properly. I tried paying extra money for the new “pro” version to see if that would restore the huji filter to the way it used to look, but no, it was a waste of money. I also tried reaching out to the developer twice inquiring about the recent change but he did not respond to me. I’m disappointed, and I’ll have to find a new app to use since this one is no longer working like it used to.

Promising, but stability issues
Just purchased this app, but have been unable to use it because it keeps crashing. Once it crashes, I am unable to try to reopen it without restarting my phone. It looks promising and I hope this stability issue can be resolved, but it is currently unusable.
Hidden costs
I got hooked onto this app via a sponsored ad on Instagram. I made the initial purchase and started using it. Filters (and some of the other effects)are good. Once I was happy with my first edit, I attempted to save it to my photos but I wasn’t allowed to. It costs more to save them to your camera roll. That’s not cool.
