Harsssment and abusive
The worst taxi service I’ve ever used in my entire life, I didn’t even know another human could behave this way. Also their app doesn’t work and neither does their fake promo code.
Didn’t get promo
I would rate it a 5 if I had gotten the promo for my first trip but I didn’t when I get the promo I’ll make it a 5
missing some features
please add the ability to change pick up & drop off locations before & during rides
Can’t Register
I try to register for you app and I keep getting an error message saying “The verification code has expired. “ But when I try again I get a message saying I’ve tried too many times. Quite frustrating.
Garbage/useless APP
CAN’T receive the SMS code to even register....convenient.....even when I call for a cab you can’t get one to me ‘in time’ is what you say, thanks gtt....reliable just like the Cambridge Bus service, trash trash trash
Ugh
Every time I login, it asks me to enter a code that never gets sent to me. I got it once...only to be immediately told that I was out of your service area...which is bs because I’m in Cambridge. Also when trying to calculate the fare, keeps saying I’m having connection issues, which is also bs!!! Fix this!!!
