Terrible app and worse customer service. The app asks you to set up an account but doesn’t log any details of charging history or, especially payments made, which they take before charging starts…….or fails to start!! Then you have to chase them for a refund but the only contact point is a Spanish only help desk……and that is by phone as there is not chat or email option so I can’t translate from English or produce any evidence.
I’m still trying to recover the 30 Euro fee via my bank but don’t have any records to produce so not too hopeful.
I would avoid this app and EDP chargers!!
