Doesn’t recognise my light. Useless.
I’ve had the light for around 2 years but have never tried to sync it. I downloaded this app but I can’t seem to get the MAXX-D MK13 into any sort of sync mode and it’s not being picked up by the app. So it’s useless.Moneyman01
Yep app is rubbish
Really difficult to try and even sync the Diablo with the app. Watch the video and many others several times to try and get it sorted but it doesn't work as they explain it. Is to be a good powerful light but the app is completely pointless. Going to delete the appLycium9368
Rubbish
Don’t bother - hardly ever connects and drops out a lot. Very unstable and if you are trying to connect a Diablo or similar, it’s a nightmare, pressing buttons waiting for a mythical light to appear and say you are connected. Total fail on this one. Great lights but stick to using the manual method (your finger)! And says an update is pending for the exposure app and never updates. Please fix this - we pay good money for something that doesn’t work!Show lessbradmr
Love Exposure lights, hate the app
I’ve been a keen mtb night rider for years, Exposure have always and will always be my “go to” lights but the App is awful to the point I don’t even bother using my Sync lights to their true potential.
I truly hope they sort this out as they’re a great companyPlz plz sort it out

Six pack sun - Light great quality and performance- sync doesn’t work no matter what i try .. absolutely useless... no response to my emails to exposure !! Really expensive non working gimmick! Don’t waste your money on the sync it doesn’t...MTB UK

Lights are great when they work. App is rubbish
Exposure. You can do so much better. I can’t believe I paid I’ve £400 for a light and your after sales is a joke! when asking for the light to be swapped as Sync feature is crap. Can’t even update the firmware on my phone. I have iPhone 11 Pro.
The light is excellent build quality the sync feature lets it down so bad. I contacted exposure 2-3 months ago and they said there is going to be a app update. Still waiting. Years? Come one. Send me a non sync light. And you can have this one back.Show lessuppy73
Waste of money
Don’t buy Sync lights they are totally unreliable don’t consistently connect to the app or the remote randomly disconnect from the app when your in the middle of something. And if you dare to try and update the remote with new settings in the app you can’t on an iPhone 10 because the update button is halve cut off at the bottom of the screen so you can’t press it. Wasted £100 on paying extra for these lights should of got the model down.Show lessPjssparky
