Doesn’t output 4k......
I went ahead and bought all the iap’s....it has a lot of features and effects, but sadly it doesn’t export 4k video, and it renders slow even at 1080. I could deal with the slow render time but I shoot 4k and edit in 4k, so this won’t get used much tbh.
Doesn’t work great for photos
Saving a photo results in a very different image to what is shown in the video location preview.. Also it seems you can’t save just a photo without also saving a video version??

TLDR: The free stuff costs $$ now and there’s nothing new to justify it...

here comes the paid features that have been free for YEARS. This app was better when it was called glitch. I’m gonna go ahead and buy it because I do use it. (once a week, literally🙄) but I’m not changing my rating. That’s a wack move and the developers know it. They didn’t even add any new features, nothing is different. It just costs $4 to use that I’ve been using for free for years now. 👎

Great app!
It’s a great app and I would recommend it. It would be nice if the app let you save the filters you make for later use and to add number values to the slides so you know how much of something your using. It’s still a nice app though!
Best glitch app
The best glitch app for video that I’ve found (and i think I’ve tried them all..)
Interface isn’t really (some darker colours would be nice) fancy.
Filters are high quality, and the range covers just about every conceivable kind of glitch... Nice work.
Paid version was a good price (loads of extra filters), with no subscription. Nice!
Please can you add the ability to ‘mute’ an effect that has been activated, without clearing it or setting its strength to 0. This would make it much easier to audition different combinations. Thank you!

5 stars is a lie.
The effects they let you tweak with are mediocre at best. 95% of all the effects are blocked by the “pro” paywall, which I understand... But I hate that every single app labels as a free app when clearly it’s all a giant paywall. The thing that cracked me up most about this app is if you do not pay and you save an edited image, they slap a giant watermark. Annoying af.

Son of a glitch!...
Oh man, this app is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been through the App Store a LOT to find a decent one that creates quality glitch/VHS effects in which to use for editing videos of mine. I’ve found a fair few in the past but this... THIS one right here is by far the best one I’ve come across! The sheer amount of tools at my disposal is immense, and that’s before even any in-app purchases! Usually with apps like this you’d be inundated with ads or you would only have maybe 3 or 4 free tools to use before IAPs.
Anyway, very happy with it overall and I can guarantee I’ll be using it regularly, huge pat on the back to the developer! 👍🏻
